I was an employee in the company, and I wasn't given a contract. I quit the job because of declining health and the enormous work they make you do at a salary that is embarrassing. The company kept promising to clear my dues for 3 months at a stretch, and later lied to my face saying I had claimed that I do not want compensation. They cheated me of my dues, made me wait for 3 months, and in the end, got away without any consequences. There are plenty of better places that give you a contract and actually value you. I suffered greatly and was cheated of my dues, wouldn't want the same for anyone else.
