Being a small company, you will wear many hats. Sometimes advancement can be difficult; however, there is compensation and position promotions so they still do their best to continue to elevate you.

Management has issues within their team due to personality conflicts and entitlement. So, they argue and trash talk each other and try to use you to see what the other is saying. The favoritism is real issue. You can flat out cuss people out, not show up to work, or come in drunk but get away with it due to who your friends are. Employee appreciation is at your own cost (losing hours) unless you speak up about it. You see the dark ugly side of property management, not in the resident case. But the during turn corners are cut so thin that when residents move in there are a multitude of issues that sometimes do not get addressed ever.
