Working at Vigna Software had its perks - great colleagues, tech challenges. However, constant overtime, vague project goals, and limited growth opportunities made it less appealing. Management's communication could improve too.

Pay was good for the project.

Little to no communication from payroll. Little to no follow up from management about progress on project. Last paycheck is still delayed with no response from payroll as to when this will be processed. 1099 employee, so no benefits offered.
