Pros
Honestly the setup of the office is cute and the occasional free takeaways (an already-opened bottle of wine) can be nice, but not much more.
Cons
Where to begin?
For one thing, the pay is ridiculous compared to the amount of work you're expected to do, which also includes menial tasks like picking the correct plate for an employer to eat their lunch on. God forbid it's wrong, or they'll send you to the kitchen several more times to get one that's just right in a very Goldilocks-esque fashion (without the charm or being an adorable little girl). Another member of the office takes ample time off, leaves early, and rarely bothers to tell you what a great job you've done or thank you for the extra effort you put in. In fact, they spends most of her time belittling you and competing with you, so be careful not to outshine her or you'll get a "performance review" after several months of working their vilifying you, the employee, and unjustly searing a black-mark on your record.
Also, with regards to a promise of "European culture," you get a fair amount of that, if said culture includes copious amounts of swearing, pettiness, nastiness, and overall plain rudeness.
In other words, if you like to be berated and overworked on a regular basis all for a whopping salary of $23,000 after taxes, this place is the career choice for you!
