Pros
- Great people to work with. - Lots of opportunities for professional development. - Open to new ideas; always pushing to stay on the cutting edge.
Cons
- A bit chaotic. Staff were shuffled frequently (which may or may not be a bad thing, depending on your outlook). New projects always been chased, sometimes to the detriment of less shiny projects. Again, not necessarily a bad thing. Just be prepared for constant change!
