At the time of interview i was told that you will b getting incentive right but they have not specify the incentive points for ex:1 point is equal to 15 rupess it means if you are selling the product of one lack like Apple imac you will getting only 120 or 100 rupess behind that amount and this i come to know at my work place told by the floor manager,So guys if you r going to interview at Vijay Sales so ask every thing to HR clear bcause they will not tell you the fact things.
Cons
About the work there are many restriction i want to say only one thing i you have many restriction then you please increase the salary of the employee 1)If you r late for 5to10 minutes they you will b mark has half day. 2)If you have remark of 7 half day then you whole One day payment will b cut from you salary. 3)Incentive is very cheap less 4)No time management if the customer is in the store you all floor have to wait like your hob timing is 11 you have to reach by 10:40 am and you going home timing is not fix you might b leave at 10:30pm. 5)At interview they tell working timing is 11 to 9 or 9:30, but once you get selected and you start with your job you have yo wait till 10:30 or 11pm 6)No over time pay is given by the company 7)
