The people are enjoyable and it's one big happy family. The team cares, upper management cares and CEO is down to earth and a hard working man. This company has a lot of long term people. That says a lot. If you're looking for a great company that values its employees, pays well and takes pride in what they do, then this is the place to be. What a lot of us value is that there is reasonable accountability at this company so if you're looking for a company to take advantage of, stop reading.

Sometimes the company needs to address negative people. What happened to firing people?

They provide you with a company car. Although not very nice and at times the vehicle is in such bad shape it is dangerour.

Horrible company. Nobody at the Rice Lake branch is happy and they have a horrible time trying to get and hold on to employees because the job is so miserable. You put in 12 hour days and they still push you. All your customers are not happy because they have had so many sales reps because everyone leaves. Management in St Cloud is out of touch with reality. Pay and insurance is horrible.
