Pros
Will hire anyone. If you can sell and read you can keep the job. Mostly for hustlers. Everything is about the money and sales. Fun people to work with. Music pumping to keep you motivated. Incentives and bonuses everyday to keep you pushing.
Cons
Base and sales job but must be able to produce sales to keep job. Base is better than most but bonuses could be better. Out of a $600 order you get $5 plus hourly of $10. But if you need a job bad they definitely will hire you.
