Pros
The starting pay is decent but it’s not worth the headaches with learning the million things you need to know to do your job.
Cons
The corporate chokehold atmosphere is awful. Last year it seems they hired just to put butts in seats. This year they refuse to hire when we were very low staffed since 95% of the new hires from last year quit or got fired. They play favorites. They aren’t shy about making you feel replaceable. Did you know that small, personal whiteboards don’t count as going green? Sure there’s room for growth….. bc the good employees who get promoted quit after seeing what management in this company is really all about. You get told you ask too many questions. The new director took training from the clc management and gave it to someone in another department that doesn’t even do the job. Management listens to what you have to say but doesn’t actually hear you. Gaslighting is HUGE HERE.
