Vikram Solar is a growth oriented company capable of providing learning opportunities, training and skill enhancement opportunity to the workers.
Cons
people working in VS are somehow not happy with their association with the company and are in constantly search of jobs , very high attrition , dissatisfaction , lack of employee- employer bonding which is the essence of actual growth of any org, creating bad name in market. Greedy candidates with lust for money are getting attracted. HR tries to do lot of funfilled activities but not capable of retaining people on long term basis.
