This business is co-owned and operated by two very smart people. They do a great job of hiring and creating a company culture employees are excited to be a part of. Vikre Distillery is constantly making strides in the areas of sustainability, they make a top quality product, and most of the management team is made up of women which is very rare, especially in the distilling world.

Expanding staff size over the last few years hasn't come without growing pains, but the management is good at regrouping and adapting to change as needed.
