Three years ago when Villa was focused on growth, the company was fun to work for. Then the CEO fired everyone with any talent who was actually running the company (i.e. COO, VP's, Engagement Mgrs, HR, and others) within the nursing homes, regional staff, and at the Corporate Support Office. The company partakes in questionable business practices especially around billing as well as several State and other outside agency investigations. They expect the world of their employees but give very little in return and never in the form of appreciation. This company should be looked at as some sort of a scheme in the nursing home industry where you should NOT even house a hamster, let alone a loved one. Expensive healthcare, no retirement savings match, zero job growth, back stabbing, lots of LIES!
