Pros

Village Green takes time to develop their employess and push them to strive for excellence. Management holds a high standard which is why VG is best in class when it comes to performance and leadership in the industry. Employee recognition is as easy as taking ownership of your work, the effort you put forth will determine your success.

Cons

It is a fast paced environment. If you are not organized and efficient with your time, you will fall behind. You will have to put time in after hours to catch up occasionally, but what's a few extra hours when your paving a path to further your career.

Unfortunately, I cannot provide any pros based on my experience.

Cons

Village Green is easily the worst company I have ever worked for. The organization operates in complete chaos with deeply unethical leadership, zero accountability, and an absolutely toxic culture from the top down. Employees are treated as disposable, constantly misled, overworked, and blamed for failures created by incompetent management. Fear, favoritism, retaliation, and dishonesty were normalized daily. The company showed a shocking disregard for professionalism, employee wellbeing, operational standards, and resident trust. Turnover was extreme for a reason — competent employees do not stay. Leadership consistently protected themselves instead of fixing serious issues, and the environment became mentally draining and impossible to thrive in. I would strongly discourage anyone from working here or trusting this company with their career. In my experience, this organization should not be managing people, properties, or teams at the scale it does.
