Pros

Opportunity for advancement, fantastic training, and really great people, I love them like family.

Cons

Very little work/life balance, only work here if you don't plan on having a relationship, or weekend plans. They hire Property Managers right out of college and then wonder why the seasoned sales people that have to work with these fetus's are annoyed with lack of leadership and communication. They train these children to be ruthless and don't realize they are creating toxic managers and not great leaders.

Pros

Unfortunately, I cannot provide any pros based on my experience.

Cons

Village Green is easily the worst company I have ever worked for. The organization operates in complete chaos with deeply unethical leadership, zero accountability, and an absolutely toxic culture from the top down. Employees are treated as disposable, constantly misled, overworked, and blamed for failures created by incompetent management. Fear, favoritism, retaliation, and dishonesty were normalized daily. The company showed a shocking disregard for professionalism, employee wellbeing, operational standards, and resident trust. Turnover was extreme for a reason — competent employees do not stay. Leadership consistently protected themselves instead of fixing serious issues, and the environment became mentally draining and impossible to thrive in. I would strongly discourage anyone from working here or trusting this company with their career. In my experience, this organization should not be managing people, properties, or teams at the scale it does.
