They start off selling you a dream to join a company on the ground floor where you can grow with them. While in theory, this is true...the actual execution of said theory is not there
Cons
Owners and executives have zero care for their employees. Operating managers are left confused by conflicting information given to them by said owners and executives. Directives rarely align and whenever someone asks for clarification they are labeled a trouble maker or are fired. More than 5 managers were fired or quit within months of employment. The day to day team is doing the best they can, but benefits are also now being strippef from them as well.
