2yIt's good to hear that you've had a positive experience with on-time pay and the flexibility of our work modes, however your concerns about work pressure and the mental well-being of our employees are distressing. We take these matters very seriously and are committed to addressing them. Since your review, I can share that we have new regional leadership for the Support organization as well as Executive Leadership and so far our employee feedback has been very positive.
Your advice to management about reducing the workload on the support team and promoting a more collaborative approach is appreciated. We are working hard to empower our Vimeans both managers and individual contributors to excel and deliver in a healthy environment. Just this year we launched Leads @Vimeo to address any gaps in how our managers engage and get the best performance out of our community.
