      Pros

      Christmas party. Potential is there to make a lot of money (although not many will make it).

      Cons

      VB was a great company when they first started years ago. But they quickly turned into small version of Robert Half due to their micromanagement and politics game. Ownership does not know how to separate business from his pleasure and has no issue potentially ruining someones life for his own gain.

      Pros

      No interview, no issues with the work, I even received maternity leave early on into working there and was able to come back and continue working.

      Cons

      Was contracted so when the contract ended, was out of a job.
