Pros
I've worked at Vincere for over 2 years now, and it is a great place to work. Best bits are: -Career progression: I've moved through 2 roles and about to progress into my third, they really care about progressing peoples' careers & developing your strengths -Autonomy & freedom: If you want to try new things, implement new processes, have ideas you'd like to try; you can. You can have a real impact on how things happen -I've worked across two continents with Vincere, if you want to travel or have long term plans to relocate, Vincere can possibly accomodate -Every day is totally different, it's a super agile environment with lots going on -We're a proper team despite being 120+ people, you are in regular contact with people in other offices -Amazing central London office, great environment, Pelaton bikes, yoga classes, tonnes of bars and restaurants nearby -Travel allowance to get to work -Even though the team are located across the globe, you always feel supported
Cons
-If you want a big shiny corporate environment where every single process is nailed down and you come in and don't have to get stuck in with anything outside your job.... Vincere isn't for you. Everyone gets stuck in with things that aren't necessarily "in their job description". To me this is a great thing and means we all have a deep understanding of all areas of the business, and also means that you can find the skills you have, and progress into the avenues that suit you. This won't suit everyone - you need to be agile to work at Vincere - but if you are up for a challenge and hard work, it all pays off.
