Like I'm sure any other restaurant is, Vince's gets extremely busy on Fridays and weekends

Its a good first place to work and a good stepping stone to work at other restaurants. It also teaches you responsibility and teamwork.

The managers don't always treat you the nicest and the working conditions are poor because the business owner is very tight with his money and doesn't want to fix anything.
