Pros

I cannot think of any other than meeting some good employees.

Cons

- No consistent working hours chop and change each week - No proper training, throw you in the deep end. - Awful management and constant micromanaging. - Was an awful place to work couldn't have a single ounce of fun - Gossip with grown adults...

Pros

Leniant in terms of family affairs, personal issues etc, work load isn’t too bad

Cons

Hardly any benefits, no incentives to work, quarterly bonus is now essentially impossible to achieve and is no longer based on an individuals performance, no corporate events, hardly any discounts towards compulsory items such as boots, management changes all the time, management full of false promises, processes change constantly, management do not engage with employees, feedback feels as if it’s ignored, and no urgent steps to take care of the technicians, workshop is outdated, tech is outdated, no signal in the area + no staff WiFi allowed, only 30 minutes lunch, technician productivity spreadsheet is inconsistent and incorrect causing people to lose out on monthly bonus, organisation is poor between workshop controller and after sales manager causing confusion, toxic environment in terms of colleagues, having a private life is impossible as you get pestered all the time, even if you post anything on social media, organisation is awful in terms of jobs being given last minute causing technicians to work over their contracted hours while not being paid to do so, being forced to do work that isn’t up to your skill level then getting frustrated when you tell them the work won’t be done in time or that something was broken during the job, we run out of work constantly most months, sometimes getting as little as 13 jobs in one day causing to finish at 10AM-3PM, however they took the ability to use a half day of holiday if the work is slow so you stand around doing nothing.
