Pros

Tech perks like free meals, unlimited vacation (although you work so much that's not really feasible), the cachet of working at Twitter (if that's still a thing)

Cons

3 GMs in less than a year, no aligned leadership, goals and plans change every 3 months, constant power struggles, understaffed

Pros

Working on an innovative product that is the future of mobile video and affects millions of people. Flexible schedule means you can work whenever you feel most productive. Vine feels like a start-up, but there isn't the constant fear of making the next round of funding or trying to get acquired. Normally when a start-up is acquired, the parent company subsumes the acquired company. In Vine's case, they operate independently. Team is small, so anything you do is a huge part of the product. Beautiful office located in the heart of Union Square. Literally the greenest office I've ever worked in. Solid benefits, notably free movies, massages, and CitiBike.

Cons

Crunch time exists, though only when the release date gets close. Still working out the kinks in the pipeline.
