The learning curve has been steep but we deal in extremely complex matters at times. It is rewarding to teach others as well.

I don't know of a perfect organization so it is hard to say there are true disadvantages to working with this company. There is plenty more to celebrate and enjoy than allow to weigh you down with Vine Solutions.

Autonomous work environment. A fair amount of trust is given to all employees - flexible work hours, and you're in charge of your own work flow! The offices are beautiful, the clients are interesting, and coworkers are relatively friendly and open.

Compensation, employee benefits, and employee moral are (unfortunately) not highlights of this company. If you're looking for a vibrant, community based office, this one is not for you.
