With any new company there's a good amount of change while the company is working out the kinks and bugs. Employees have been asked to deal with a good amount of flexibility and change management which can be stressful. Our clients are primarily law firms and attorneys which also comes with its own level of challenges and stress. While I don't personally see it as a Con others might see being paid below the national average for your particular position a Con. It's not much below but for those looking at national averages may misinterpret the company's intent. If you're looking at Vinetegrate ask about this and we'll be transparent.
