Good company - Senior Graphic Designer Vinkom Solutions Employee Review

So i will be honest in the review. I have worked for this company for 3 years and now moved on. I joined as SEO executive in April 2018.There were around 50 employees in the company at that time. When i left there were 120. They have all the licenses and govt approvals to run a sales center. I have learnt a lot here and now i am with Google (Cognizant). They trained me in a way where i could handle complex issues. Right from team leaders to manager to the boss of the company, all were very helpful. On my last day, i was given a party :D Most of the reviews you see here that are 1 star are of mostly of the employees who left since they could not perform or of competitors. Their 60% staff has been with them for more than 5 years. It pains me to see how people want to bad mouth a good company. When Covid 19 hit hard in 2020, they immediately got all their staff insured against covid (One of my team member got 3.5 lakh for his father's covid treatment from insurance). But they did not terminate anyone and did not deduct even a single penny. We all were happy that at least we had a job. I never wanted to leave them, but i had to. Worst company, i ever seen. Run by unprofessional people, no management. They dont have money to pay employee, just want MUJDUR for work. They will make you fool by calling you for interview. Company is not registered in MCA21 so, they are making fool to government as well by not paying taxes. They are criminals mid of the Gurgaon city.
