Pros
The pros I can think of is you will get a so-called job. but that will become a burden real soon read the cons section for it.
Cons
1. Even after working for multiple years. They will terminate you and hold your experience letter and reliving letter as soon as you put in the resignation letter to get better pay or a future growth reason doesn't matter. 2. They will make your fake resume with a fake experience certificate to bring projects from Fiber or some of their relative's company etc. 3. Salary is very low. Freshers will get lower than their peon. even experienced working on multiple projects with many years of experience will get less than 5LPA. 4. During 1st lockdown management ask employees to buy a laptop to work on with zero reimbursements.
