Pros

Company manages to combine the bureaucracy and slow decision making of large corporations and the chaos of startups.

Cons

Terrible leadership, culture of deception and falsity. As a professional, I felt completely disempowered to perform my job in a highly toxic culture due to the exploitation of the top management.

Pros

You learn about the industry

Cons

Where to start? It's not true that they have those offsites for their employees, it's also not true that they care about the wellbeing of their employees, to them they're just items. Weak leadership, completely unsupportive, practically non existent. Be careful with their "flexible schedule" because that means no work-life balance. You should expect unreasonable requests at unreasonable times and it doesn't matter if you work overtime because it's not compensated. Lack of any kind of structure. The only good people there are the employees that hold that company in place and they don't even get the recognition they deserve. In the founder's eyes, you never work enough. Do you want your mental health to be ruined? Go ahead and work there, it's almost guaranteed that you'll be treated like waste

Pros

This is the perfect work environment for you if you like to swim in muddy water and enjoy daily harassment. It's also a great match if you enjoy being overworked, undervalued, while being exploited and underpaid. If you're another woman like myself with decent looks, you'd be perceived as a sexual opportunity.

Cons

In my professional career of +16 years, I have never experienced anything on this level. - Extremely unprofessional founders who have no idea of how to properly run a business or be in a management position. - The CEO is arrogant and speaks ill of anyone and everyone - including current clients and employees. - The COO has no knowledge of, or say in anything, the only purpose of his employment is to be the narcissistic extension of the CEO. - The CTO is an ex-scammer who previously did questionable things in former projects. The Three Musketeers form the perfect combo to drown a business.
