      Pros

      - CEO is very knowledgeable, marketing savvy and kind. - Access to any software, trainings and supplies you need/want. - Flexible schedule (you can work from home or you can also work in the office) - No micromanaging. - You can bring your dog to work (if he/she is friendly with Sophie) - Office is very close to the highway and to a wide variety of restaurants for lunch. - Unlimited coffee and snacks. - Great benefits package and competitive salary.

      Cons

      - Learning a new industry can be overwhelming. - There are a lot of moving parts and it is fast paced.
