None. The Vio that exists today is not the company that I started with years ago. I loved my job for six years. New leadership came in and ruined the company.
Cons
This company has gone down hill in the past year. It was once a place to be proud of; however, has become the polar opposite. The new leaders do not respect women in leadership. Individuals who have given their blood, sweat, and tears are not appreciated, promoted, or given merit increases. All of this while executives bring in huge salaries and give no direction.
