      Pros

      Good business model. Flexible hours. Allowed telecommuting 90% of the time.

      Cons

      Paydays frequently weeks late. Management actively manipulated employees against one-another to cut operating costs. Employment contract terms not met. Request for employer to adhere to labour standards and honour contracts met with anger bordering on violence and summary termination.

      Pros

      Compensation and benefits were above average. Fellow co-workers were very helpful and customer oriented. The company would be successful if leadership would embrace change and input from employees.

      Cons

      Unless you are in sales, you are expected to assume the majority of the workload. The company is micromanaged and upper management treats staff in a condescending manner.

      Apologies but we do not employ sales people nor have any Vice President employees in Las Vegas . I believe you have chosen the wrong company to review

      Vision, Management, Engagement, Flexibility, Technology, great live work balance

      Cons

      None come to mind. Benefits if in the USA. They haven't established a US office yet but I'm sure it won't be long
