Pros
There are lots of pros to working at FindHotel, the culture, company values, and sense of teamwork to name a few. I love the openess and welcoming attitude the company has to new employees, along with the continuing comradery for existing ones. Its clear from day to day work that everyone is on the same mission, to make FindHotel a huge success. Managers are open to feedback, and dont hesitate to address formally ''taboo'' subjects like salary or mental health. The amazing Amsterdam office, catered lunches and office parties dont hurt either ;)
Cons
Currently there is no pension scheme, though I know that HR is working on developing one. As I would like to stay within the company for many years to come this is quite an important factor for me. I have no doubt it will be there in the future though.
