      Pros

      While it's an ambitious team, the work environment is excellent with down-to-earth teammates, low ego leadership and a high degree of autonomy and empowerment, plus lots of fun (company trips and on-site)

      Cons

      The compensation model is transparent and fair, which is excellent, but at the same time, your compensation will likely be on the lower end of what a UK employee could get elsewhere.

      Pros

      Compensation and benefits were above average. Fellow co-workers were very helpful and customer oriented. The company would be successful if leadership would embrace change and input from employees.

      Cons

      Unless you are in sales, you are expected to assume the majority of the workload. The company is micromanaged and upper management treats staff in a condescending manner.

      Apologies but we do not employ sales people nor have any Vice President employees in Las Vegas . I believe you have chosen the wrong company to review

      Vision, Management, Engagement, Flexibility, Technology, great live work balance

      Cons

      None come to mind. Benefits if in the USA. They haven't established a US office yet but I'm sure it won't be long
