Pros
Working for vio.com is easy because my values align with the company's. It's an environment that foster creativity. You will be challenged with different projects but your work/life balance will be intact. It's also a company with quite a number of brilliant people that are passionate about their profession. We work with current technologies without adopting it just for the hype. We are free to propose changes and challenge the status quo at any time.
Cons
Unfortunately they don't have any pension scheme, So if you plan to stay in the Netherlands for the long haul you'll have to arrange that yourself. It would be nice to have that. Also, it's a startup and self-funded. So it comes with the good and bad about it. We get to define the direction we want to go but setbacks can cost more as they don't have big piles of money lying around.
