      Above average pay for tge long expected hours.

      Cons

      Upper leadership (use that term very loosely here) destroying the moral of any employee that trys to make positive changes. Depends on thier mood tgat given day on how they want to direct the company.

      The company is growing and has great growth opportunities. They care about the people that work at the companies.

      I always say a pro can be a con; you have to be ready to work as a team in growth mode so if your not afraid of that it’s not a con.
