There is a great amount of room for creativity and innovation. Management was open to new and innovative ideas. Great opportunities to learn and advance. The mission is great and it is clear that everyone really cares about the clients.
Cons
Frequent, and oftentimes unexplained firings lead to fear of job security. There is clear vicarious trauma throughout the agency.
