Best health insurance plan I've ever seen. We have a 2k yearly deductible and monthly premiums are covered by the company 100% for employees and 75% for dependents. All plans premiums (single, employee + children, employee + spouse, family) are under $200 per paycheck (again, free for employees). Dental and Vision are 100% covered by the company too, free to the employees.
Very fast growth company, a ton of room for opportunities for high achievers and team players.

Cons
It's a fast growing company, so you have to be flexible to work with constant changes and be adaptable. I wouldn't consider a con myself, but I know some people prefer environments where everything is a set-in-stone process where they can comfortably settle in and do the same thing over and over. This is not it.
