Cons
terrible leadership, some of the worst people I've ever encountered in my entire career. I've never felt more unwelcome at a job- a job that recruited me and gave me every reason to take the role. Nepotism is putting it lightly- the entire leadership team is related and/or married or personal friends making it difficult to ever share an opinion. egos are at an all-time high here for absolutely no reason. young and immature leaders, they have people with VP titles that are assistant level at best. there's no structure, people don't even know what their roles are, including managers, making it difficult to own any real tasks. prepare to be talked down to and berated for no reason , they expect you to read minds. the place is run by literal children- zero mature conversations are taking place- no emotional intelligence whatsoever. they hire only to fire very quickly if they "don't like your vibe" which is code for not kissing their butts because they don't know what they're doing. I was forewarned about this company by others in the space and didn't take it as seriously as I should have. most people are unhappy- they will call last minute meetings on Fridays at 7p for no reason, slack messages at 9/10p, no real respect for your time, and everything is last minute. most of the internal meetings include 20+ people who all talk over each other- with no path forward, just talking. there's not one real leader in the place, a total free for all. most people have never worked anywhere else so they drink the kool aid because they're in their mid-twenties with big titles and made to feel more important than they are. also, everyone is 10-15 minutes late for every single meeting, absolutely zero respect for anyones time, sometimes they'll just not show or cancel a meeting 5 minutes after a start time, no time management.
