It’s great to hear that elements like the team, our values and sense of purpose stood out, along with some positive experiences of management. That’s important to us, and something we work hard to build on.
We also hear the concerns you’ve raised around culture, leadership behaviours and people not always feeling comfortable to speak up. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have at Virgin. Creating an environment where people feel safe, supported and able to share their views openly is fundamental to how we aim to show up as a business.
You’ve highlighted some serious points around behaviours and how concerns are handled. We expect our leaders to be inclusive, kind and to lead in a way that reflects being human, and if this should ever fall short, it’s something we take seriously and address.
Listening and acting on feedback is fundamental to how we operate at Virgin. We’re committed to ensuring that when people speak up, they feel heard and see meaningful action.
