      Really good pay. Benefits were affordable

      Cons

      Driving distance was far. Wasted supplies and resources. Money management was terrible. Way too many presidents and Vice presidents for no reason most of the positions even seemed made up

      Distance is concerning if you're not near the East Valley.

      People are friendly, and work environment is clean.

      Cons

      Slowly taking away employee's benefit like WFH and required 50 hrs/week. Management is conflicting with each other and made bad decision because of schedule driven or lack of technical knowledge.
