      Pros

      Engaging with real people, and helping them during some of the most difficult times of their lives is very rewarding.

      Cons

      Management are not supportive, the building is in poor shape, the facility is filthy, there is a high risk of injury, no standard procedure put in place if a patient is abusive to staff.

      Pros

      I’ve worked here for just over a year and I love the environment here. My co-workers are amazing, and management will show up at codes to help with the paperwork. I think the most impressive thing is that when we are short staff, they don’t mandate us, but the managers, supervisors and even the DON will work the floor! Even a midnight shift!

      no pixus but that does come in handy sometimes!
