Pros
Flexible environment--as long as you get the work done you can come in/leave when you need to. The facilities are relatively nice. No productivity, which helps foster a patient-first approach to care instead of being like a factory.
Cons
Management has some communication issues, no incentives to work harder which can lead to people doing the bare minimum and receiving the same benefits and pay as those who go above and beyond, but this isn't abnormal for this line of work. Other support staff can be a pain to deal with. Pay is lower than other companies due to the no productivity but the flexibility and lower stress environment somewhat makes up for it (but not quite enough in this economy).
