flexible hours, possibly nice patrons, as well as nice co-workers, not much to ask for, lifeguarding can very easy so not a lot of room to complain
Cons
might have to deal with rude patrons and a lot of little kids, people may not comply to the rules making it a minor problem to watching the patrons in general
