      Great retirement and health care benefits! Managers are always willing to help you success and get to the next step.

      Cons

      The downside is the there is very limited company culture. Sometimes you feel like you are working in a vacuum. It's hard to connect with the main campus.

      Pros

      The experience was great. The PI was amazing and kind and I learned a lot, definitely would do it again. It yielded great results for me such as publication. I recommend for medical school or graduate school.

      Cons

      Difficult to justify if you don’t plan to have a research career, graduate or professional school because the pay is lower than other positions available in Blacksburg.
