Pros
--The company is ideal for freshers. --I was lucky enough to work with such a down to earth and humble manager. --In my experience of 10+yrs, I haven't worked with a manager who is very supportive to his subordinates. In one word, I can describe him as "Employees Manager" --You can reach the manager and even the CEO, CTO with ease. --Even though it's a small company, he(manager) engages the employees in a lot of engagement activities-- like team lunch, team outing, conducts birthday celebrations. --Laptop is provided for the employees and emergency work for home is available (this depends on the manager's approval)
Cons
--Not suitable for experienced candidates because these fresh graduates tend to form their own circle and you tend to be left all alone. ---No inbuilt cafeteria ( however tea/coffee is provided twice by a vendor ) ---You can't expect centralized AC like in MNCs but there are slipt ACs installed in all the rooms.
