I have spent enough years to confidently say that Virohan is an organisation where you grow in every direction — both horizontally and vertically. It fosters a culture of high ownership and ensures that every employee learns, evolves and delivers with clarity. What I have valued the most is that you are encouraged to take on projects beyond your past experience or expertise, and this openness is genuinely celebrated at the core of the organisation.

Great work culture with excellent cross-team coordination. Everyone is helpful, approachable, and collaborative. Flexible working hours as long as work is delivered. Strong growth mindset across teams.

Compensation is slightly on the lower side. Office does not provide lunch facilities, which could be a meaningful addition for employees.
