Hello, we were disappointed to read your review and naturally wanted to take the chance to respond to you.
As you'll remember from when you originally applied to us, we display our hourly rates to all candidates on our website, before submitting their application, at the interview stage and again before signing a contract. We are sorry that you feel that this opportunity at Virtalent wasn't right for you and would have really liked to have known your thoughts on this before you accepted our offer to join our team. We would have addressed how you felt about you joining us, rather than see you feel unhappy later on down the line.
Our rates of pay are fair and competitive against many other organisations within the industry. We pay above the minimum and living wage and are officially Living Wage accredited.
As you can see from the rest of our glowing reviews, we really do put our team first and are super proud of the support that we provide to our team. Every team member is incredibly well supported and encouraged to talk openly and honestly to our dedicated internal team for any questions or concerns that may arise. We are a Mindful Employer and part of our commitment to showing this is that every VA is provided with free access to an individual assistance and wellness programme, which includes many benefits to support the wellness of each individual team member, such as providing lots of helpful resources from an online app, 24/7 telephone support, counselling sessions and more.
