No level of accountability at all from senior management. Product development is a joke, consistently missing release dates by YEARS! As a result, the office environment is volatile and is basically a revolving door of employees who don’t carry a management title. Very rare for new employees to stay longer than 1 year. Sales targets have not been met and the Vector Capital company that owns Virtek will not re-invest. Even though the company remains profitable, Competitors are catching up and starting to steal market share.

The company operates like a one-man business; the HR department is a one-man show and is weak. Whatever your Superior says about you is final, no investigation or staff feedback. No exit interview. You can lose your job in a minute. Finance is the worst department; it's very toxic, and it's only about ass-kissing to remain in the system.
