Pros

Flex Schedule and the pay is OK.

Cons

Training sucks... The material they teach you in training is the total opposite of what you come across on the work floor. Also there is lack of resources like lack of insurance portals to do your job. Its impossible to meet the quotas. You have to get out your seat every five minutes to get help from other reps because they don't teach you anything. And you stay on the phones for 96% of the accounts and the wait time for calls are ridiculous which hinders you from getting quotas.

Thank you for the feedback. We do our best to provide training during in the first five weeks and then offer trainers/leaders to answer additional questions while on the job. It's work from home, benefits are decent, hours are flexible

Cons

Recent push for generative AI/LLMs in work flow, productivity expectations are rough, little to no upward movement within the company, constant change in project assignment
