      Mission of company is good but there are no other pros

      Cons

      Lack of accountability by the leadership team. They are not experienced leaders and don’t try to learn. Lots of micromanaging Low pay especially for what’s expected from you No growth opportunities

      Pros

      Flexible schedule offers week and weekend schedules.

      Cons

      Low pay. Must invest almost ten unpaid hours on onboard proficiency assessments, group Zoom interview with other candidates, profile building, then 2+ hours orientation. Company doesn’t pay for any supplies needed to complete an assignment. Company demands that you not work another job when they’re assignments are inconsistent and pay is grossly low.
