- team are accepting of different personalities - good training - competitive salary - highly enjoyable staff outings - occasional team lunches

- high pressure - managers are focused on numbers - other colleagues could be lazy sometimes and refuse to be helpful - lots of traffic in this location - unsafe area at times

* Great run company with no corner cutting. * Business model is good and allows people to lean the way to support customers quite quickly. * Due to the large amount of different customers you learn a lot really quickly and are always learning something new* *progression steps are clear and accomplishable

* Head office isn't great * Company growth is relativity slow and doesn't look at the larger "big wide world"
