Pros
-Great team members -Mission-based -Remote work -Decent pay and benefits -Opportunities to learn new skills and build your resume
Cons
-Very top-heavy organization. The C suite makes decisions that impact the rest of the company, but do not thoroughly explain the reason for the decisions and do a poor job of implementing them. -The implementation team is overworked and very burnout causing people to quit left and right. -There is little support from management since they are extremely busy and slammed as well. -There is not enough emphasis on training and documentation. When new members start there is a sink or swim mentality. For people who have been at the company awhile and have historic knowledge of clients, workflows, the product etc. that is great but if that can't be disseminated to the team it makes it very difficult for everyone to do their job adequately and for the company to scale -Even though VH has been a company for over 10 years the implementations, are still very messy. There is no standard, and little documentation on how a go-live should be run with a client -With some clients their is a bullying mentality and a very toxic relationship between VH and the client which should not be tolerated. -There is a lack of culture and overall low morale.
